How does Fractional ownership work for our Founders?
All of our Members have true fractional ownership of our 33,500 units fundraise. There is no dilution. There is no bank debt. We hold a diversified portfolio of the best assets in the World. This has never been done before and we are the first to achieve it. All Jeeps are custom and brand new, include private Pick-up at the airport or lodging as well as private limo transportation from public or private airports. We have surf racks, beach chairs, snorkel gear and any other amenities you can think of! Jeeps are stowed at property upon arrival if so desired at a discounted rate for Members. This also includes private concierge service for Boat charters, restaurant reservations and Spa treatments based on Membership units.
