How does Fractional ownership work for our Founders?

All of our Members have true fractional ownership of our 33,500 units fundraise. There is no dilution. There is no bank debt. We hold a diversified portfolio of the best assets in the World. This has never been done before and we are the first to achieve it. With over a decade in blockchain technology and early investment in bitcoin and other technologies, Christopher Greene and his father John Greene VP, are poised to shatter the paradigm of traditional real estate ownership and the industry in general.

After achieving near 80% build out and completion, our proof-of-concept portfolio will be tokenized on the blockchain, creating what we believe to be the largest liquidity event in the history of real estate. What are Membership advantages?

All Island Project Members have true ownership of their fractional units with no dilution. We have a fixed supply of 33,500 and no more units can ever be issued for the Founders Round. All Jeeps are custom and brand new, include private Pick-up at the airport or lodging as well as private limo transportation from public or private airports. We have surf racks, beach chairs, snorkel gear and any other amenities you can think of! Jeeps are stowed at property upon arrival if so desired at a discounted rate for Members. This also includes private concierge service for Boat charters, restaurant reservations and Spa treatments based on Membership units.

We have partnered with Private air charter services such as Roam Maui as well, flying from major destination hubs like Los Angeles and Seattle first-class and private. Other destinations will be opening up soon to destinations such as Phoenix and Dallas.
